




Handmade pierogi with a modern twist
My name is Cheyenne Gehringer, and my passion is cooking food that people love. Like many who grew up in Eastern Pennsylvania I grew up enjoying traditional pierogi often. After getting my culinary degree from Alfred State, and spending a few years working in some great local restaurants, I tried to make them from scratch. The homemade pierogi were a hit with my family and friends and I fell in love with making them. I started with a basic recipe, and with practice developed my own style of pierogi. With that, and some experimentation, I came up with my current line of sweet and savory flavors. I still love coming up with new flavors all the time!
The signature on each of my pierogi (besides the amazing flavor) is the braided edge. Every pierogi has a thick twisted edge that holds everything together, and gives it the perfect ratio of tasty filling and doughy goodness. I’m also committed to sourcing fresh and local ingredients whenever possible, and am proud to get my cheeses from Golden Age Cheese in Woodhull, NY.
